If you're not satisfied with SwipeLabs within 14 days of purchase, we'll refund you in full — no questions asked.
How to request a refund
- Email support@swipelabs.com with the subject line "Refund Request"
- Include the email address you used to purchase
- We will process your refund within 2 business days
- Stripe refunds typically appear in 5–10 business days depending on your bank
Playbook subscription refunds
The Playbook subscription can be cancelled anytime from your Stripe billing portal or by emailing us. Partial-month refunds are not provided, but you retain access until the end of the paid period.
After 14 days
After the 14-day window, the license purchase is non-refundable. If you're having trouble using SwipeLabs, please contact support before requesting a refund — most issues are resolved quickly.
