Acceptance of terms

By purchasing or using SwipeLabs, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The license

A SwipeLabs license grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the SwipeLabs software. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the software.

The Playbook subscription

The Playbook is an optional $9.99/month subscription providing weekly curated prompt packs. It requires an active SwipeLabs license. You can cancel anytime — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Prompt packs you have already received remain accessible after cancellation.

Your API keys and AI usage

SwipeLabs is an interface — it does not provide AI capabilities itself. You must obtain your own API keys from Anthropic, OpenAI, and/or Google. Your usage of those services is subject to their respective terms and is billed directly to you by those providers.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use SwipeLabs to generate content that is illegal, harmful, deceptive, or violates any third-party rights. You are responsible for all content generated through your account.

Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for downtime caused by hosting providers, third-party AI providers, or circumstances outside our control.

Changes to the service

We may add, modify, or remove features over time. We will never remove core functionality from the license you purchased.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
